  • The script – prospects are busy. While it can be tempting to include every benefit of your business in the script, time usually doesn’t allow for it. Every word counts – we work with our clients to prepare the tightest, most effective scripts.
  • The list – often overlooked, but absolutely essential to the success of any campaign is an effective list. This doesn’t mean that the list is compromised of hot leads. However, the list must have accurate, updated information and the prospects must be within the scope of your target market.
  • The caller – part of Virtual Appoint’s value proposition is hiring the best of the best. We see literally hundreds of resumes for every associate we hire. Our associates then go through rigorous testing and training before ever making a call.

  • The volume of calls – call volume is all about hard work and dedication. While more calls is not always better (for example, we would rather make 25 calls in an hour and speak with many prospects, than 45 calls in an hour and get all voice mails) call volume is still important. We train our callers to make as many calls as possible.

Virtual Appoint analyzes each of the above dimensions for every B2B appointment setting campaign we work on. And once a campaign begins, our management does not end. We continue to optimize campaigns – we analyze the numbers and review feedback from our associates, including which parts of the script are resonating with prospects and which parts should be removed and/or adapted.
