Each campaign includes conference call training with the associate assigned to your project to ensure that your product/services and campaign objectives are thoroughly understood before your campaign begins.

Call Script

For packages of 40 or more hours, Virtual Appoint will write your call script for you. If you already have a script, we can use it as is or provide feedback based on our call experience.

Mock Calls to You Until You are Satisfied

Before any campaign goes live, the associate on your campaign will make mock calls to you. Once you approve of the approach, we will go live with your campaign.

Daily Report Summaries

At the end of each business day, you will receive a complete report that includes a summary of every call and the results, as well as details on every appointment scheduled on your behalf.

Weekly Status Report Conference Calls

Each campaign includes a weekly conference call with your Virtual Appoint associate to assess results and to optimize your campaign, as necessary.

Real Time Appointment Emails

While appointment details will be included in every daily report, Virtual Appoint can also provide real time emails as appointments are scheduled.

Where are your associates located?

Virtual Appoint’s associates are located in the US.

Is there a long term commitment or contract?

There are NO long term contracts with Virtual Appoint. You can use the service for one month or for as many months as you wish, it’s completely up to you.

Will I have a single point of contact when I work with Virtual Appoint?

Yes, you will have a single point of contact at Virtual Appoint. Some projects require additional resources and we will staff accordingly to meet your goals, but you will always maintain one point of contact. Your associate will give you their phone number and email address so you can contact them in the method most convenient for you.

I would like to call consumers at home. Can I use Virtual Appoint to make my calls?

Virtual Appoint is a business to business service, exclusively. We do not make outbound calls to consumers.

How are your prices so low if all your callers are in the US?

We're committed to offering a great service at a very fair price. And because most of our business comes via word of mouth from satisfied clients, we're able to operate without a large marketing budget – or really, any marketing budget at all.

How does Virtual Appoint notify me when an appointment is set?

At the end of each calling day we will email you a detailed report with the results of every call, including appointment details. Real time emails are also available, if preferred.
