Getting Started is Simple

The process of getting started with Virtual Appoint was designed to be as simple as possible. Below is the process for getting started with a Virtual Appoint cold calling campaign:

  1. Sign up for Virtual Appoint in 3 minutes or less by clicking here.
  2. Select a package of hours that works for your budget and objectives.
  3. We will contact you within one hour (or next business day if after hours) to discuss your campaign.
  4. We will send you a New Client Worksheet to complete and send back to us.
  5. We will set up a training conference call between you and the Virtual Appoint associate assigned to your campaign.
  6. We will send you a call script for your campaign (note, this service is for clients who purchase at least 40 hours).
  7. Your assigned associate will make mock calls to you until you are satisfied with the approach.
  8. Your campaign goes live.
  9. At close of business each day you will receive a full report with appointment details and the result of every call. Real time emails for appointments is also available.
  10. Meet with your new prospects and start closing sales!
