What is Virtual Appoint?

Virtual Appoint is a US-based provider of B2B appointment setting, cold calling, and lead generation services to small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States. Clients purchase a package of hours per month – from 20 hours to 160 hours – and Virtual Appoint uses that time to make outbound cold calls to set qualified appointments for our clients. How do I get started with a B2B appointment setting campaign?
We have designed our process to be as simple as possible, so you get started on your campaign quickly. The first step is to select one of our monthly plans. Once you have selected a plan online, we will contact you within one hour to discuss your objectives and to develop a successful B2B appointment setting campaign.

Where are your associates located?
All Virtual Appoint associates are based in the US.

How are your prices so low if all your callers are in the US?
A brief company history explains it best: Virtual Appoint was originally founded using an off-shore model, employing highly qualified callers overseas. The company enjoyed success – however, over time hiring qualified, perfect English speakers overseas become more challenging as the company grew. The management team switched the model to US-based callers. However, we have kept our prices as low as many off-shore companies, while our clients enjoy the service and quality of a US-based company.

But still, how do you keep your prices so low?
By spending very little money on marketing. Most of our business comes from word of mouth and referrals from satisfied clients. This allows us to grow without a large marketing budget.

Will I have a single point of contact when I work with Virtual Appoint?
Yes, you will have a single point of contact at Virtual Appoint. Some projects require additional resources and we will staff accordingly to meet your goals, but you will always maintain one point of contact. Your associate will give you their phone number and email address so that you may contact them in the method most convenient for you.

I would like to call consumers at home. Can I use Virtual Appoint to make my calls?
Virtual Appoint is a B2B appointment setting service, exclusively. We do not make outbound calls to consumers.

How many hours should I purchase for my cold calling / B2B appointment setting campaign?
While the number of hours you purchase depends on your own budget and objectives, we recommend between 40 and 160 hours per month for new campaigns. The best way to think about a B2B appointment setting campaign is that it’s similar to any other marketing initiative . Just as most marketing executives would agree that one print ad, one time in one magazine is not going to build a business, it’s unrealistic to expect a few hours of cold calling to change the direction of a business. While we always strive for immediate, short term results on our campaigns, the most successful cold calling campaigns are part of a consistent, long-term plan to grow a business.

Do I need to provide a calling list?
While many of Virtual Appoint’s clients provide their own calling lists for our B2B appointment setting campaigns, Virtual Appoint can also purchase lists from reputable third party providers on your behalf. The lists are developed based on your specified parameters, such as your target companies’ size, markets and industries, and geographical area. When signing up for one of Virtual Appoint’s plans you will have the opportunity to select the the option to purchase a call list.

Is there a commitment or contract?
No, you are billed month to month. You can use the service for one month or for as many months as you wish, it’s completely up to you.

When I sign up for the service and pay, when does the clock start ticking on my month?
The clock starts ticking from the first time you use the service, not when you pay. So for example, if you sign up as a new client on our website and pay today, but you only start using our service a week from today, the clock starts clicking a week from now.

What if I have unused hours at the end of the month?
Unused hours do not roll over to the next month, but the good news is that our clients almost never finish the month with unused hours. In fact, we can’t recall this ever happening.
